Sen. Sanders discusses poverty with Vermont members of Touch Uganda and Care

Senator Bernie Sanders met with Vermont members of Touch Uganda and CARE, a non-profit organization dedicated to tackling the underlying causes of poverty so that people can become self-sufficient. CARE places special emphasis on working with women to create permanent social change.
