Sen. Sanders met with 40 students from the Close Up Foundation

“A group of 40 students and teachers from South Burlington, Hazen Union and Mill River High Schools in Vermont met with the Vermont congressional delegation to discuss the key issues facing our country today. The students are part of the Close Up Foundation, which is an educational organization that brings students to Washington, D.C. to gain a better understanding of the democratic process.”
