A Day of Action to Restore Law and Justice

“Senator Bernie Sanders spoke to participants of the Day of Action to Restore Law and Justice organized by the American Civil Liberties Union, the Leadership Conference on Civil Rights, the National Religious Campaign Against Torture and Amnesty International as well as 80 other national and local organizations. The Day of Action brought citizens from across the country to speak to their representatives in Congress about the need to restore the right of habeas corpus and due process, end torture, and protect the civil liberties enshrined in the Constitution and the Bill of Rights.”
