Sanders Congratulates Vermont’s 2009 Star of Life Award Recipients

“Senator Bernie Sanders congratulated Vermont recipients of the 2009 Star of Life award, which honors EMS workers for their commitment to their job and excellence in service. Receiving the award were William Collins (Bennington Rescue Squad), Wendy Fitzgerald (Rutland Regional Ambulance Service) and Dale R. Long (Bennington Rescue Squad). Jim Finger of the Vermont Ambulance Association presented Senator Sanders with an award recognizing his efforts on behalf of first responders in Vermont.”
