At a time when nearly 25% of older Americans are socially isolated, it’s imperative we support programs for older adults. We cannot turn our backs on our older friends, neighbors, and family members — even now as our state is reopening, we must continue to think creatively and support programs that help combat social isolation. Know I will continue to do everything I can in Congress to ensure older Vermonters can live in security and dignity.
