Vermonters with disabilities are vital members of our communities and deserve equal and equitable rights and opportunities, including in sports and recreational activities. Need Quality, Affordable Health Care?

Over the last several decades, we have seen a major increase in the number of Federally Qualified Community Health Centers in our state and the number of Vermonters who use them. In fact, Vermont leads the nation in per capita utilization of Community Health Centers with more than 170,000 Vermonters, almost one-third of our population, now visiting one of the 66 locations across the state.
