Sen. Sanders Honored With LIHEAP Award

“Senator Sanders was honored as the 2008 recipient of the Joe Moakley Award for Outstanding Congressional Service in Support of Low-Income Home Energy Assistance. As a member of the House prior to joining the Senate, Sanders had the pleasure of working with Congressman Moakley on home heating assistance and other issues. Pam Dalley, Vermont Energy Assistance Director, presented the award to Senator Sanders.”
