BURLINGTON, Vt., Sept. 25, U.S. Sens. Patrick Leahy (D-Vt.) and Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) will hold a press conference at 11 a.m. on Monday at Burlington International Airport before flying to Washington, D.C., for a planned Senate vote on disaster assistance. 

The Senate plans to vote Monday evening on a bill to release new money for the Federal Emergency Management Agency and other agencies responding to Hurricane Irene and other natural disasters.
